I have spent 26 years in client-facing commercial roles across a range of sectors, including market research, digital payments, electronics design and manufacturing, and energy, asset and property management. I spend my time at Pioneer either implementing our strategy of building a property portfolio, or on site in a client-facing capacity.
Richard Muzeja
For over a decade, I have managed commercial, residential and HMO properties, expertly handling tenant relations, building upkeep and financial oversight. At Pioneer Estates, I oversee property management, conduct site surveys, manage subcontractors and handle daily financial operations.
Sam Fairbrother
Before moving into property and facilities management I spent my time building a metering department and coordinating the installation of smart meters and energy efficiency sensors, followed by a role as PA to the CCO. At Pioneer I oversee monthly customer invoicing and metering issues, and my main priority is keeping our supplier relationships strong and our customers happy.
